If you live in Houston and haven’t heard about the new Whole Foods on San Felipe then chances are you live under a rock! This place is ‘my place’; all is right in the world when I am at Whole Foods!! The new Whole Foods has this amazing smoothie/juice bar, even though I am not really into juicing I absolutely LOVE smoothies so I decided to give the peanut butter and jelly smoothie a try! Let me just tell you this smoothie rocked my world! EEKK! The only thing I didn’t like about it was the fact it had apple juice in it (I try to not be an ingredient freak but apple juice is NOT nutritious) luckily the guy making only put a little bit in it and then boom a smoothie makeover post was in the works!

- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- Add all ingredients into your blender and blend!! (besides the optional flaxseed toppings)!
- Extra strawberries
- Spectrum cocoa flaxseed for topping
