Favorite Blonde Pantry Recipes

Since I have reopened the blog, there are so many great recipes deep in the archives that might go unnoticed because they are older and who has time to go back through pages and pages of older blog posts?! Well don’t worry, I do and I did it for you, here is just a few of my old favorite recipes and hopefully this inspires you to go digging in the archives yourself!

The Berry Salad, okay guys this is pretty simple but it’s not necessarily the best part of this recipe, even though it’s beautiful. The salad dressing is where it’s at, it’s so simple to make, beyond delicious and if you ever ate our Blonde Pantry signature salad through my delivery company this.is.that.dressing.

Next up is the Broccoli, cheese casserole, this recipe is the recipe we used for the Blonde Pantry meal delivery service and it was one of our top sellers week after week. This casserole is perfect for everyone (unless you are vegan or have a dairy allergy). You can make it ahead of time and freeze it for when you need an easy, pop-in-oven, kind of dinner. It’s the perfect gift to give to a new mom, someone who is sick or someone who just needs a little help. Kids love this recipe because it tastes like an old school broccoli cheese casserole and moms love the broccoli cheese casserole because we’ve made it healthier with added vegetables and quinoa.

These crockpot cinnamon apples are not just for the holidays, if you’ve got a little one then these are a perfect ‘first food’ healthy, soft, and you can even puree them to make it into applesauce. I’ll be honest, these cinnamon baked apples aren’t just for kids, I love them too. The cinnamon apples are perfect for a sweet treat at the end of the night that isn’t going to break your healthy lifestyle goals. They are perfect as is or you can add some of this homemade coconut whip on top.

I can eat these year-round, our oven-roasted rosemary nuts are a gift from heaven. Your kitchen will smell great, your taste buds will be happy and your fitness goals will stay intact. I also love to give out these oven-roasted rosemary nuts during the holidays as little grab bags for people I love.

These burrito bowls are a perfect and easy dinner for any night of the week. I get so sick of eating the same thing over and over again and doing a burrito bowl night makes you feel like you are doing something special any night during the week. I also love this recipe for households that have different taste preferences or lifestyle goals, you can make it low carb and load up on the vegetables and protein or go all out with healthy carbs like the brown rice and black beans.

This baked boil egg recipe isn’t fancy and lord knows the imagery is old and bad (insert cringe face) BUT boiling eggs can be a pain the butt, your eggs go from a runny mess to overcooked in about 30 seconds, it seems like in a blink of an eye you can ruin the entire batch. So here is a much easier way to make ‘boiled’ eggs that come out perfect every time with every little mess.

If you chose to make one recipe, let this Chia seed raspberry jam, be it. Why? because it’s way easier than ‘making your own jam’ sounds. This chia seed jam recipe takes very little time to make, it’s much healthier than store-bought jam and it definitely tastes a hell of a lot better. Trust me, you’ve got this!

If you were a previous Blonde Pantry meal delivery customer then you probably bought this recipe at some point. This Chinese beef stir-fry was one of our staples and now you get to enjoy making it in your own kitchen. I love making stir-frys because you only need one pan, start with sauteing the meat, once it’s almost fully cooked, add in the vegetables and saute until it’s done to your likeness. I prefer to simplify everything in the kitchen and this Chinese beef stir-fry a great meal that takes very little effort.

These Rosemary Potatoes should be your staple ‘we have guests coming over for dinner and I’m just going to whip something up recipe’. They come out perfect every single time and taste like you are at a 5-star restaurant. I love making these during the week when I have a little bit more time to focus on making a great dinner. These rosemary potatoes are a crowd-pleaser for sure.

Another noteworthy side dish is this recipe for Balsamic Brussel sprouts. The combination of sweet and savory is sure to have something for everyone. I also love that you are getting a variety of nutrient-packed foods like broccoli and Brussel sprouts and the balsamic sauce is what makes this recipe sweet enough which is perfect for the vegetable hater in your family.
