Every now and then I love an innovative, fancy, time-consuming recipe but really The Blonde Pantry is all about making healthy eating and living a lot easier for the simple day-to-day routine. This recipe I am sharing today is no stranger to pinterest and I love it!! I used to eat boiled eggs all the time for a quick grab and go breakfast but it was always very frustrating to make the same recipe over and over and get different results! When I boil eggs they are either overcooked or undercooked and I can never seem to get the same egg twice so I love this simple baking idea!! First there is no boiling water involved, no watching the water and no guessing about how they are going to turn out!! From now on baking will be my sure go to method for boiled eggs!!
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees, then place eggs into a muffin tin. When the oven is ready place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Step 2: When the 30 minutes is up, remove the muffin tin and place the eggs in a ice water bath to stop the baking process – I left them in there for 10 minutes to completely cool. Step 3: peel off the shell and eat up!!
This recipe is super easy and great for batch cooking! Do this recipe on a sunday and have breakfast for every morning of the week!!
